About Us
Address Income Real Estate is an investment vehicle founded by Todd Cowan and Jordan Dermer, the principals of CD Capital Developments and financed by Canadian family offices. Todd and Jordan have over 30 years of real estate experience, starting with the founding of Trigranite, a large European retail- and office-focused developer, and later, Capital Developments, a Toronto-based multi-family and condo developer.

Giancarlo serves as Vice President, Investments at Address Income Real Estate (AIRE). He is responsible for sourcing investment and development opportunities, supporting the strategic growth of AIRE’s pipeline, and maintaining strong relationships across the real estate industry.
Prior to joining AIRE, Giancarlo led land acquisitions at North American Development Group, where he focused on mixed-use opportunities and identifying emerging growth markets across Ontario. He holds a diploma in Business Management from George Brown College and is an active member of the community, serving on the board of Brain Cancer Canada and participating in the Ride to Conquer Cancer.
